Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft Office suite preferred.
• Prior help desk or service desk experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serves as initial IT contact for desktop and PC support issues.
• Documents customer inquiries and actions to resolve problems.
• Escalates hardware issues to appropriate IT team members.
