Job summary

Humanly is seeking a Help Desk Technician in Fishers, IN to provide IT support across carwash locations and for the internal support team. You will deliver level 1 telephone and email assistance, assist with ticketing, and help deploy and configure IT assets at sites.

The role emphasizes customer-focused service, prompt problem resolution, and teamwork to ensure reliable IT operations in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; IT certifications preferred.
• Experience or familiarity with Windows operating systems and Microsoft tools is expected.
• Strong customer service skills and professional communication are essential.
• Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot basic hardware and software issues.

Responsibilities

• Provide level 1 telephone and email support for all Crew locations.
• Respond to incoming tickets for break/fix and new IT requests.
• Repair, image, and configure new IT assets for deployment at locations.
• Troubleshoot applications and hardware issues to resolve user problems.
• Maintain a positive, tactful demeanor with customers and team members.
• Demonstrate initiative and urgency to complete tasks accurately and on time.

The Help Desk Technician provides IT support services for all carwash locations as well as for users on our support team.

Crew's expectations:

• Work schedule is generally Sunday-Thursday 5:30am-3:30pm.
• Provide level 1 telephone/email support for all Crew locations.
• Respond to incoming ticketing portal break/fix and new IT requests.
• Repair, image, and configure new IT assets for deployment at Crew locations.
• Troubleshoot application and hardware issues to resolve problems for users.
• Possess initiative and motivation with a “get the job done” attitude.
• Strong knowledge of Windows Operating Systems and general Microsoft troubleshooting.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required. A+ or Network + Certification along with an Associate’s or Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology highly preferred.
• Must possess the ability to deal tactfully with customers, team members, and the general public.
• Focused on quality while maintaining a sense of urgency.
