Qualifications

• DoD Interim Secret Clearance or higher.

Responsibilities

• Answer IT Helpdesk calls and walk-up requests.
• Monitor and route helpdesk emails and tickets in WHD.
• Document problems with technical details in the ticketing system.
• Gather end user information and perform basic diagnosis.
• Escalate issues to Tier I technician as needed.
• Use remote support tools to assist end users.
• Create training materials for employees and drive self-help resources.
• Maintain a reputation for excellence in customer support.
