The role emphasizes high-volume processing of IT hardware, including server teardown, drive removal, and preparing equipment for secure data destruction. You will disassemble servers and storage hardware, remove drives, and prepare drives for data erasure workflows.

Qualifications

• Experience with warehouse, production, or IT hardware teardown preferred.
• Comfortable using hand tools and performing repetitive physical tasks.
• High attention to detail, especially for data security processes.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
• Reliable, consistent attendance and strong work ethic.
• Able to lift, move, and handle hardware safely.
• Team-oriented with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Disassemble servers, storage arrays, and IT hardware.
• Remove HDDs, SSDs, and internal components from equipment.
• Prepare drives for secure data erasure workflows.
• Sort, box, and stage hardware for processing or shipment.
• Follow strict data security and chain-of-custody procedures.
• Maintain clean, organized, production-line workflow.
