Job summary

IDT in Coralville, Iowa, a Danaher operating company, is seeking an on-site IT GRC professional to support monitoring and compliance activities within the IDT IT-GRC Department. The role reports to the Sr.

IT GRC Manager and involves documenting standards, leading change management, and helping with third-party risk analyses. The incumbent will assist in audits, policy maintenance, and evidence collection, while maintaining SharePoint documentation and responding to customer questionnaires.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or in progress of bachelor’s degree.
• Travel up to 10% of the time is possible.
• Experience bridging gaps using continuous improvement methods and supporting Third‑Party Risk Management activities.

Responsibilities

• Research and document new standards and regulations for audit areas.
• Lead or support changes to ensure no business impact during production changes.
• Support IT GRC analysts in Third-Party Risk Analysis and respond to customers.
• Maintain documentation and policy alignment across IT GRC.
• Manage access termination/transfer responsibilities as needed.
• Track and respond to customer questionnaires/assessments for current and prospective customers.
• Assist internal/external audits and gather evidence for assessments.
• Facilitate remediation findings to closure and sustainment.
• Create and maintain IT GRC SharePoint site and related documentation.
