Job summary

Integrated DNA Technologies is seeking an IT GRC professional in Coralville, IA, reporting to the Sr. IT GRC Manager. This on-site role requires supporting audits, policy maintenance, and third-party risk assessments.

You will help manage changes, access control, and documentation, collaborating with internal teams to ensure regulatory compliance. The position offers a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities to contribute to cross-functional improvements.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Research and document new standards and regulations relevant to audit areas.
• Lead or support Change Management and CAB to prevent production incidents.
• Support Third Party Risk Analysis and respond to customer inquiries promptly.
• Maintain and align documentation and IT GRC policies.
• Manage access termination/transfer workflows and system permissions.
• Assist in gathering evidence for audits and remediation tracking.
• Create and maintain the IT GRC SharePoint site and related documentation.

Job description

This position reports to the Sr. IT GRC Manager and is part of the IDT IT-GRC Department located in Coralville, Iowa, and will be an on-site role.

In this role, you will have the following responsibilities to:

• Ability to research and document new standards and regulations applicable to various audit areas. As well as utilize continuous improvement or kaizen tools / framework to identify areas of improvement and implement changes.
• Assist in leading the Change Management Program as well as CAB to ensure changes being introduced into production (or business impacting environments) do not create business-impacting events / incidents.
• Supports IT GRC Analysts team members in the Third Party Risk Analysis process and provides timely responses to customers.
• Assist in Documentation and Policy Maintenance to ensure all documents are kept up-to-date and maintains alignments.
• Assist in maintaining timely Termination and Transfer Responsibilities by adjusting access to various systems as needed.
• Provides assistance in effectively tracking, documenting, and responding to Customer Questionnaires / Assessments for current as well as prospective customers.
• Provides support both internal and external Audits, working directly with audit peers to retrieve and organize evidence for critical assessments. Entrusted to facilitate necessary remediation findings to closure and sustainment.
• Ability to create and maintain IT GRC Sharepoint Site as well as maintain documentation.

The Essential Requirements Of The Job Include

• Bachelor’s Degree or in progress of Bachelor’s Degree.

Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements:

• Travel required, up to 10% of the time.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• Creating / developing programs to bridge or eliminate gaps within the organization.
• utilizing continuous improvement methods and frameworks to identify areas of improvement and create opportunities for efficiency in GRC.
• Assisting in / supporting Third-Party Risk Management activities related to risk assessments and compliance-gap analysis.

The hourly range for this role is $30 USD / Hour. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future.
