Job summary

Toyota IT Governance Analyst will administer governing controls and support audits, providing governance guidance to affiliates across the North American region. This role ensures compliance, operational integrity, and adherence to IT governance policies throughout the organization.

The position requires hands-on experience in IT governance, risk management, and audit support, with strong documentation and communication skills to collaborate with multiple business units.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in IT governance, compliance, or audits.
• Familiarity with ITGC, SOX, COBIT, ITIL.
• Strong business continuity and disaster recovery knowledge.
• Excellent organization, documentation, and communication skills.
• Experience facilitating IT audits.
• Knowledge of change management and CAB facilitation.
• Experience supporting IT governance across multiple units.

Responsibilities

• Administer IT governance controls and maintain documentation.
• Provide governance guidance to affiliates across North America.
• Understand ITGC and ATSG policies and support related audits.
• Maintain and update the IT Business Continuity Plan and test DR.
• Track IT contracts and notify management of renewals.
• Facilitate Change Advisory Board meetings and root cause analysis.
