Job summary

NationMind LLC in Chandler, AZ is seeking an IT Governance / GRC Analyst for a 12-month contract. The role focuses on IT governance, risk and compliance, access management, change management, IT risk, and security operations.

Experience with ServiceNow, ITIL, audits, and stakeholder coordination is highly preferred. The selected candidate will manage AIT inventory, ensure compliance, coordinate audits, document controls, and collaborate with IT security teams across projects.

Qualifications

• Experience in IT Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC)
• Experience with Access Management, Change Management, IT Risk
• Familiarity with IT Operations and Application Inventory (AIT)
• Knowledge of Security Compliance and audits
• Experience with ServiceNow and ITIL processes
• Strong coordination with stakeholders and documentation skills

Responsibilities

• Queue Management of IT Governance deliverables for AIT program
• Manage Not Permitted Technology (NPT) dates and modifications
• Oversee P2/P3 compliance, patch scheduling and CM verifications
• Document IT risk and remediation or compensating controls
• Approve and review access requests and approvals
• Approve firewall requests and changes
• Approve change management requests and reviews
• Manage Service ID creation and attestations
• Collaborate with AIT SMEs and engineering teams
• Communicate effectively and follow up on actions
• Support derisking through significant change assessments
• Operate around AIT governance communications and attestations
• Maintain dormancy management (use it or lose it) compliance
• Be the point of contact for AIT requests or inquiries

This is an IT Governance / GRC / Information Security Compliance role. We need candidates with experience in IT Governance, Risk & Compliance, Access Management, Change Management, IT Risk, Application Inventory (AIT), Security Compliance, and IT Operations. Experience with ServiceNow, ITIL, documentation, audits, and stakeholder coordination is highly preferred.

AIT (Inventory Management System) Management

• Queue Management of Technical and Information Security deliverables
• Not Permitted Technology (NPT) Target Dates & Date Modifications
• P2/P3 Compliance, Patch scheduling and CM verifications
• Risk Management - Documentation of the Risk and remediation or compensation controls
• Access request approvals and reviews
• Firewall request approvals and reviews
• Change Management request approvals and reviews
• Service ID Management and Attestations
• Work with AIT SMEs
• Strong communication and follow-up skills
• Break Fix communication follow-up
• Decommissioning and Creation of AITs
• Significant Change Assessment & Approvals
• Access Business Rule Engine Management
• Violation, eligibility, toxic combinations & exceptions
• Communication with AIT Engineering teams
• Trident Survey (GIS) Responses and Attestations
• Dormancy Management (Use it or Lose It)
