Job summary

Spectraforce is seeking an experienced IT Governance Specialist to provide expert counsel on IT controls and audits. You will oversee IT lifecycle controls, coordinate audits, and drive risk-reduction initiatives across the organization.

Responsibilities include building policies, leading cross‑functional change programs, and guiding enterprise-wide risk management. The role emphasizes collaboration with the AI COE and IT leadership to ensure compliant, secure development practices.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in related IT governance, risk and controls.
• Experience leading IT governance, risk management and compliance initiatives.
• Familiarity with AI governance concepts is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Advise leaders on IT governance, controls and audits.
• Oversee IT software development lifecycle controls and documentation.
• Coordinate IT audit processes with internal teams and external firms.
• Identify systemic IT control weaknesses and guide remediation.
• Develop and manage IT risk policies, standards and controls.
• Lead complex IT change initiatives affecting multiple divisions.
• Prioritize and define future IT change initiatives portfolio.
