Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in an appropriate area; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Job Description
- Provide Tier 1 and 2 technical support and troubleshooting for end users.
- Assist with identity and access management.
- Support technology needs for online multimedia testing and learning environments.
- Maintain documentation of system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting guidelines.
- Assist with basic networking and system maintenance tasks.
- Support staff in resolving technical issues and queries related to software systems and office equipment.
- Oversee upkeep and tracking of technical hardware including laptops, audiovisual equipment, and other office equipment.
- Provide support for website design and maintenance.
- Provide support for data management, ticketing, and automation within the Biotility CRM system (HubSpot).
- Collaborate with other staff/departments to identify, implement, and maintain appropriate technology solutions.
- Ensure compliance with applicable regulations, policies, and standards.
Expected Salary
$53,000
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in an appropriate area; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Preferred
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting various hardware and software issues.
- Experience with Learning Management Systems, such as Canvas.
- Experience with Customer Relationship Management systems, such as HubSpot.
- Detail-oriented mindset with excellent organizational skills.
