Job summary

CVS Health, through Omnicare, is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst, FP&A to partner with IT leadership and project stakeholders. You will oversee IT operating and capital budgets, deliver financial performance reports, and provide actionable insights to drive efficiency and results.

This role focuses on partnering with IT and Finance to manage the technology portfolio, forecast accurately, and maintain rigorous financial controls in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of finance or accounting experience with budgeting and forecasting.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint proficiency.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.
• Experience with Netsuite is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own the IT budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes for IT operating expenses and capital investments.
• Manage the IT P&L by analyzing monthly results, variances, and providing commentary to leadership.
• Lead the annual budgeting process and forecasting cycles for IT expenses.
• Track project spend, resource usage, timelines, and financial performance across the tech portfolio.
• Develop and maintain financial models, dashboards, and reporting tools for IT spending and investments.
• Collaborate with Accounting during month-end close activities, including accrual reviews and variance analysis.
• Deliver insights to IT leadership and support data-driven decision-making.
