CVS Health’s Omnicare Finance team is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst, FP&A to lead IT budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance across the technology portfolio. You will partner with IT leadership to deliver actionable insights and drive cost efficiency in a regulated healthcare environment.

The role requires 3–5 years in finance, strong Excel/PowerPoint, and experience with budgeting and financial modeling.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of finance or accounting experience with budgeting and forecasting.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Experience with Netsuite is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own IT organization budget, forecasting, and reporting processes.
• Analyze IT P&L monthly; identify variances and provide commentary.
• Lead annual IT budgeting cycles and forecast updates.
• Monitor project spend, resources, timelines, and financial performance.
• Develop financial models and dashboards to track IT spending and ROI.
• Collaborate with Accounting during month-end close and variances analysis.
• Deliver data-driven insights and trusted financial partnership to IT leadership.
