Job summary

Impellam Group in PA is seeking a Lead IT Financial Analyst to be the financial voice of the IT organization. You will partner with IT leadership to ensure smart, cost-effective technology investments and translate complex data into clear insight.

You will build IT budgets, forecast spend, and provide variance analyses, dashboards, and KPI tracking. The role requires 5–7 years of IT financial analysis, strong Excel and modeling skills, and the ability to influence IT decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 5-7 years of financial analysis experience, preferably in an IT context.
• Strong grounding in financial principles, accounting, and budgeting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and stakeholder management.
• Advanced Excel, financial modeling, forecasting, and reporting skills; ERP experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage IT budgets and forecasts.
• Analyze actuals vs. plan and provide variance analysis.
• Create financial models to evaluate IT projects and investments.
• Prepare dashboards and presentations for IT leadership.
