Job Title: Help Desk Technician

The Help Desk Technician provides IT support services for all carwash locations as well as for users on our support team.

Crew's expectations:

• The work schedule is generally Monday through Friday but includes a weekend rotation once per month.
• Provide Level 1 telephone and email support for all Crew locations.
• Configure and troubleshoot point of sale issues.
• Manage and maintain desktop, server computer systems, and other IT assets.
• Demonstrate initiative and motivation with a “get the job done” attitude.
• Apply knowledge and experience from previous technical issues to current and future problems.
• Strong knowledge of Windows Operating Systems and general Microsoft troubleshooting.
• High school diploma or equivalent required. A+ or Network+ Certification and an Associate’s or Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology are highly preferred.
• Ability to deal tactfully with customers, team members, and the general public.
• Focus on quality while maintaining a sense of urgency.
