Arcare is seeking a skilled IT Field Technician to diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair computer hardware, software, and network services. You will install and configure computer systems and peripherals, with support from the Senior Field Technician as needed to ensure smooth IT operations.

In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing computer hardware, software, communication equipment, and network services. You will proactively install and configure computer systems, hardware, software, personal computers, operating systems, servers, peripherals, and communication equipment. Support from the IT Senior Field Technician may be provided as needed to ensure the smooth operation of our technology services.
