What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

  1. Travel to various locations to support IT projects, conduct surveys, and address technical needs
  2. Provide tier-two technical support and remain on-call for emergencies, including evenings and weekends
  3. Install, configure, and deploy desktop and mobile technology solutions across corporate and remote sites
  4. Conduct routine audits of hardware and software to ensure compliance with established standards
  5. Collaborate with IT leadership to perform administrative tasks such as documentation, training, and testing

What is Required (Qualifications):

  1. 4-year degree in Information Technology or a related field, or equivalent experience
  2. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  3. Experience in customer support and effective oral and written communication skills
  4. Ability to interact effectively with end-users, peers, and management
  5. Availability for extensive travel (75%-100%)

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

  1. MCP and A+ Certification
  2. Experience in MS Windows system administration
  3. Previous experience mentoring team members or leading projects
  4. Familiarity with procurement processes and vendor management
  5. Knowledge of hardware standards and IT compliance guidelines
