Responsibilities include delivering service calls, documenting tasks, and maintaining asset control. Dell/Lenovo certification training is provided at no cost to you, with per-call compensation and potential per diem benefits.

Qualifications

• Requires technical school certification or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of relevant field experience preferred.
• Ability to lift and move equipment up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer break-fix support for designated equipment.
• Communicate clearly in written and verbal form.
• Accept and deliver service calls assigned and complete administrative tasks.
• Manage assets and inventory control and return.
• May provide guidance to colleagues as needed.

Requirements

• Typically requires technical school certification or equivalent and 1-2 years of relevant experience
• Ability to drive yourself to client locations
• Ability to lift and or move various computer equipment up to 50 lbs
• Valid driver’s license
• Reliable transportation with valid registration and adequate insurance Additional requirements may exist if offer of employment is extended
• Must own a basic repair tool kit
