Job summary

Gr8ttek, LLC is seeking a part-time Field Specialist to join its Infrastructure Delivery team. The role involves performing hardware-focused break fix services on client products and may require troubleshooting and decision-making per guidelines.

You will report to the Territory Supervisor and handle service calls, asset control, and administrative tasks. The position emphasizes customer service excellence, clear communication, and the ability to travel to client sites.

Qualifications

• Typically requires technical school certification or equivalent and 1-2 years of relevant experience.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 lbs.
• Must own a basic repair tool kit.
• Must be able to drive to client locations.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer break fix support for designated equipment.
• Communicate clearly in written and verbal form.
• Possess excellent customer service skills.
• Accept and deliver all service calls assigned.
• Complete all administrative tasks associated with each call.
• Responsible for control and return of assets and inventory.
• Other duties may be assigned to meet business needs.
• May provide functional guidance to colleagues.

Gr8ttek is looking for a part-time Field Specialist to join its Infrastructure Delivery team. Reporting to the Territory Supervisor the Field Specialist will perform a variety of hardware-focused, break fix services and solutions on various client products. Candidates must possess the ability to perform basic and moderately complex troubleshooting and repair activities. Position may require the exercise of moderately complex analytical skills and to make decisions based on established department and company guidelines.
