Red Knight Solutions is seeking a regular Field Specialist to join its Infrastructure Delivery team. The role focuses on hardware break-fix services across client products and requires basic to moderately complex troubleshooting.

You will handle service calls, manage assets, and may mentor colleagues. Certification training for Dell/Lenovo is provided, and per-call compensation includes $40 per call plus $5 per diem; driving to client sites and lifting up to 50 lbs are part of the job.

Qualifications

• Typically requires technical school certification or equivalent and 1-2 years of relevant experience.
• Ability to drive yourself to client locations.
• Ability to lift and/or move various computer equipment up to 50 lbs.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation with insurance.
• Must own a basic repair tool kit.

Responsibilities

• Providing customer break fix support for designated equipment.
• Communicating clearly in written and verbal form.
• Possess excellent customer service skills.
• Accepting and delivering all service calls assigned.
• Completing all administrative tasks associated with each call.
• Responsible for control and return of assets and inventory.
• May provide functional guidance to colleagues.
• Other duties may be assigned to meet business needs.
