Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, energy management, facilities management or equivalent.
• Minimum of 5 years in facilities operations with construction, budgeting and RFP experience.
• Knowledge of building systems, codes, and regulatory standards.
• Experience supervising diverse staff and vendor relationships.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations, inspections, maintenance, and performance of ITS facilities.
• Develop and manage operating and capital budgets, recharge rates, and forecasts.
• Lead facilities, space, renovation, and construction projects across ITS locations.
• Coordinate staff, contractors, vendors, and materials; monitor progress and risks.
