Job summary

McKesson, a Fortune 10 healthcare leader, is seeking an IT Maintenance Supervisor to support an Automated Prescription Refill Center (ARC) for major retailers. The role covers both computer networks and mechanical systems in a day shift, Monday to Friday in Jeffersonville, Indiana.

You will lead the maintenance team, coordinate with vendors, manage preventive maintenance programs, and ensure security and inventory controls while building procedures and training.

Qualifications

• 2+ years facilities engineering experience with leadership.
• Familiarity with networking gear, routers, and switches.
• 4-year degree in a related field or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance activities of ARC including mechanical and IT systems.
• Reviews and analyzes reports with managers to plan activities.
• Ensures security and accountability of materials and inventory control.
• Evaluate current procedures and implement improved practices.
• Gives work direction, sets deadlines, resolves problems to ensure timely completion.
• Collaborates with vendors to operate, maintain and support systems.
• Installs, configures, troubleshoots networks, hardware and software.
• Maintains site safety program (LOTO, Hazardous Waste, inspections).
• Maintains preventative maintenance planning and PM system.
• Maintains spare parts inventory and usage program.
• Hires, trains, and develops maintenance team.
• Creates and maintains preventive maintenance procedures and training docs.
