Job summary

UCLA Health is seeking a Senior IT Facilities Project Manager to lead the planning, implementation, and operational support of the UCLA Health IT Facilities infrastructure, supporting ISS Enterprise systems and the CareConnect EHR environment.

This role drives project management across UCLA Health campuses, oversees cabling, data center and TR infrastructure, coordinates with vendors and internal teams, and ensures changes proceed under Change Management while maintaining 24x7 operational

Qualifications

• Experience leading IT facilities infrastructure projects.
• Strong coordination with cross-functional teams and vendors.
• Knowledge of LAN/WAN, data centers, and TR infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Lead IT Facilities project management across UCLA Health campuses.
• Oversee structured cabling, data center and TR infrastructure, and moves/adds/changes.
• Coordinate with IT Facilities, Network Services, Engineering, PMO, and external vendors.
• Manage deployment and 24x7 operational support of ISS MEDNET infrastructure.
• Maintain facility policies, standards, and Change Management processes.
