Job summary

UCLA Health is seeking an IT Facilities Project Manager to plan, implement and support infrastructure for ISS Enterprise systems and the CareConnect EHR environment. You will lead cross-campus cabling, data center, TR infrastructure, and facility changes, coordinating with Network Services, Engineering, and vendors to meet deadlines and quality standards.

The role is a flexible hybrid position with on-site presence as needed; travel to the home office is not reimbursed.

• Demonstrated knowledge of and skill project management.
• Demonstrated ability to write clear, precise, detailed, comprehensive, and grammatically correct letters, memos, reports, policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Lead IT Facilities project management for UCLA Health campuses, coordinating planning, design, and construction of communications infrastructure.
• Manage structured cabling projects, facilities infrastructure installations, data center and TR infrastructure, and related moves, adds, changes, and upgrades.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and documentation; conduct site surveys and coordinate entrance planning and improvements for new construction or renovations.
• Oversee project execution through ServiceNow, prioritizing and tracking work orders to meet timelines.
• Collaborate with IT Facilities, Network Services, Engineering, PMO, and external vendors to deliver infrastructure projects and WAN connectivity across the UCLA Health network.
• Provide technical leadership for IT Facilities initiatives and ensure staffing aligns with strategic priorities.
