Job Title: IT ERP Product Analyst III

The IT ERP Product Analyst III is responsible for designing and delivering solutions to fulfill the requirements of Regal's supply chain business. The individual should possess comprehensive techno-functional competencies in Supply Chain (INV, BOM, WIP, Costing, and PO) modules of Oracle EBS and working knowledge of Advanced Supply Chain Planning (ASCP), Demantra, and Inventory Optimization (IO) modules of Oracle VCP.

The person is responsible to deliver on-time and first-time-right for complex projects and kaizen events, resolve production incidents within SLAs, conduct root cause analysis to prevent recurrence or problems, monitor and improve system performance and reliability continuously, and coach team members as necessary. They gather and analyze requirements, design, develop, and test enhancements, extensions, and integrations (RICEW / CEMLI) for existing Oracle EBS Supply Chain / VCP modules. They also maintain technical documentation (BR100s, MD50s/70s, CV40s/70s, etc), assist in defining, reviewing, and maintaining standards, liaise with stakeholders including offshore team members, participate in defining project scope, and own delivery of several components.

Major Responsibilities:

1. Gather and analyze business requirements; design, develop, test, and implement technical solutions for supply chain, manufacturing, and planning; provide post-implementation support.
2. Document system specifications (SSDs - high level) (MD50s), detailed design (DDDs) (MD70s), Unit Test Plans, Deployment Notes (MD120s), using Oracle AIM methodology.
3. Support various testing phases including System Functional testing, End-To-End Integration testing, Regression testing, and User Acceptance testing within SLAs.
4. Coordinate among onsite and offshore Oracle EBS Supply Chain / VCP technical teams to deliver solutions on-time, first-time-right, and within budget.
5. Ensure compliance with Release, Change, and Configuration management processes.
6. Design, develop, test, and deploy reports, interfaces, conversions, and extensions to enhance Oracle EBS / VCP solutions and integrate with other applications.
7. Respond to, analyze, and resolve production incidents within SLAs, perform routine maintenance, and monitor/enhance system performance.
8. Automate and maintain integration of Oracle EBS / VCP modules with other systems.
9. Participate in activities such as analyzing and planning Oracle EBS / VCP upgrades and creating/resolving service requests with Oracle Support.
10. Continuously improve system performance and reliability, identify opportunities for root cause analysis and automation.
11. Facilitate the establishment of standards and best practices for software design, development, and testing, and lead the team to leverage these standards.
12. Use systematic techniques and process modeling tools like Use-case scenarios, Activity Diagrams, Data-flow Diagrams for effective specifications and design.

Required Education / Experience / Skills:

• Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent related experience.
• Experience: 10+ years supporting solutions based on Oracle EBS Supply Chain / VCP R12, with at least 2-3 full lifecycle implementations or 3+ years of monitoring, maintaining, and upgrading.
• Certifications: Awareness or Green Belt in Lean Six Sigma or API CS (CPIM, CIRM) preferred.
• Technical Skills: Expertise in Oracle EBS APIs, Open Interfaces, data models, RICEW/CEMLI objects, Forms, XML Publisher, OA Framework, SQL, PL/SQL, ETL, REF cursors, collections, UNIX shell scripting (desired), Oracle AIM methodology, and relevant certifications.
• Additional Skills: Experience with Oracle EBS R12 modules, supply-demand exception resolution, SQL*Plus, TOAD, PL/SQL Developer, Data Modeling tools, Version Control, and understanding of Demantra and Inventory Optimization architecture.
• Travel: 25% during project milestones and events.
• Language: English.

The salary range is $75,000-$125,000, dependent on various factors including location, experience, and education.
