What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Gather and analyze business requirements; design, develop, test, and implement technical solutions to fulfill supply chain needs
- Document system specifications, detailed designs, and deployment notes using Oracle AIM
- Support various testing phases, including functional, integration, and user acceptance testing within defined SLAs
- Coordinate with onsite and offshore team members to ensure timely and effective delivery of solutions
- Monitor and resolve production incidents while enhancing system performance and reliability

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent related experience
- 10+ years of experience in building and supporting Oracle EBS Supply Chain / VCP solutions, including at least 2-3 full lifecycle implementations
- Strong technical skills in Oracle E-Business Suite, including RICEW and CEMLI objects
- Comprehensive knowledge of supply-demand exception resolution as per SLAs
- Familiarity with Oracle AIM and experience in discrete manufacturing modules

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Green Belt certification in Lean Six Sigma or API CS (CPIM, CIRM) certification
- UNIX shell scripting experience
- Professional certifications related to the Supply Chain industry or Oracle E-Business Suite R12
- Experience with SQL*Plus, Data Loader, and advanced database management tools
- Knowledge of automation and integration techniques with Oracle EBS / VCP modules
