Qualifications

• Significant experience managing enterprise-scale data migration and production cutover programs.
• Demonstrated leadership of multidisciplinary technical teams and external suppliers.
• Experience onboarding data into enterprise data platforms and transitioning solutions into operational support.
• Strong understanding of migration validation, reconciliation, production readiness and cutover controls.

Responsibilities

• Lead migration managers, data engineers, business analysts, SMEs, testing teams and suppliers.
• Develop migration strategy, scope, roadmap, sequencing, governance and acceptance criteria.
• Oversee transaction, master and reference data migration, including mapping, transformation, conversion, cleansing and validation.
• Manage migration of trading and operational data, including counterparties, book structures, vessels, ports and terminals.
• Lead IMOS Snowflake data onboarding into Shell's Enterprise Data Platform, including downstream reporting and data product validation.
• Develop integrated cutover plans, runbooks, migration windows, freeze periods, rollback procedures and contingency plans.
• Coordinate mock migrations, rehearsals, readiness reviews, production deployment and business sign-off.
• Manage data quality, reconciliation, defects, risks, dependencies and supplier performance.
• Establish hypercare, operational monitoring, support ownership and knowledge transfer processes.
• Provide executive-level reporting and coordinate critical decisions across business, technology and operations stakeholders.
