Qualificações

• Lead enterprise-scale data migration and production cutover programs.
• Demonstrated leadership of multidisciplinary teams and external suppliers.
• Experience delivering transaction, master and reference data migrations.
• Experience onboarding data into enterprise data platforms.

Responsabilidades

• Lead migration managers, data engineers, business analysts, SMEs, testing teams and suppliers.
• Develop migration strategy, scope, roadmap, sequencing, governance and acceptance criteria.
• Oversee data migration across transaction, master and reference data including mapping and validation.
• Manage migration of trading and operational data and onboarding to enterprise platforms.
• Lead cutover planning, runbooks, downtime windows and rollback procedures.
• Coordinate mock migrations, readiness reviews and production deployment.
• Provide executive reporting and manage risks and dependencies.
