FDH Aero seeks a Manager, IT Engineering to lead a 650-person organization across multi-site operations. You will guide a three-person systems engineering team while remaining hands-on across hybrid infrastructure, Microsoft Azure, and enterprise networking. Compliance with CMMC and NIST is essential, along with strong leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or equivalent work experience.
• 7+ years in IT infrastructure, systems administration, or related engineering roles.
• 3+ years in a management or lead role overseeing technical teams.
• Hands-on with Azure, M365, Intune, Defender and related cloud tools.

Responsibilities

• Own and lead hybrid IT infrastructure across on-premises and Azure cloud environments.
• Administer Windows Server, Hyper-V, VMware, and Active Directory/Entra ID.
• Oversee Meraki networking, SD-WAN, switches, and security appliances.
• Ensure reliability, performance, capacity planning, and DR planning.
• Manage Azure services, IaaS, M365, Defender, and cloud backup solutions.
• Drive governance of the Microsoft 365 and Azure platform and security posture.
