You will manage day-to-day operations, ensure system support, and drive continuous improvement while collaborating with business leaders and technology partners to deliver results.

Qualifications

• Experience leading software engineering teams.
• Ability to drive technical excellence and people growth.
• Nice to have AWS cloud experience or certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of software engineering professionals.
• Build a culture of collaboration, accountability, continuous learning, and technical excellence.
• Ensure appropriate system support, cross training, resource coverage, and service levels.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives focused on quality, efficiency, processes, and customer experience.
• Partner with business leaders, development teams, support teams, and senior leadership to solve problems and deliver results.
• Provide technical guidance and serve as an internal consultant to stakeholders.
• Oversee documentation, processes, controls, and audit readiness for production systems.
• Participate in incident and crisis management, change management, risk management, and business continuity planning.
• Help prioritize projects to strengthen team performance and technology environment.
