Job summary

Real-Time Innovations (RTI) provides IT support to ensure a seamless technology experience for users across Windows, MacOS and Linux endpoints. The role involves configuring and supporting enterprise applications, managing assets, and coordinating problem resolution onsite and remote.

The ideal candidate has 2–4 years of experience in end-user support, familiar with Mosyle or Workspace ONE, and proficient with Google Workspace, Zoom, Slack and Okta, as well as Active Directory and A/V setups.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in supporting and deploying Windows, Mac and Linux systems.
• 2-4 years of experience with Mobile Device Management (MDM) tools - Mosyle or Workspace ONE.
• 2-4 years of experience with business applications (Google Workspace, Zoom, Slack, Okta).
• 2-4 years of experience supporting Active Directory, LAN/WAN access, A/V setups for conference rooms (Neat bars).
• US Person requirement for export-control; visa sponsorship not provided.

Job description

• Review and diagnose issues; take corrective action which may include coordinating with appropriate peer teams and escalating where necessary.
• End user support of Windows, MacOS and Linux endpoints.
• Administer, manage, configure and support enterprise applications.
• Manage tasks and projects, driving all issues to resolution with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and efficient task execution.
• Manage centralized administration of end-user devices and relevant services (i.e. Antivirus, OS Deployment, software installation, group policies, inventory, patching and routine maintenance).
• Coordinate problem resolution with vendors. Maintain communications with vendors during the problem resolution process.
• Provide support and maintain audio/video/VoiP equipment in conference rooms and meeting areas onsite/offsite.
• Assist with all IT related onboarding / offboarding process of all employees including accounts, laptop setup, software, mobile, licensing; working proactively with P&C (otherwise known as HR).
• Maintain hardware and software asset inventory and organization for end user devices, IT supplies, cabling, server rooms.
• Participate in user/equipment moves, repair/maintenance/support of IT hardware/software and applications.
• Ensure timely communications and resolution of end user issues and handling of service desk tickets.
• Create project plans, document internal procedures and processes.
• 2-4 years of experience in supporting and deploying Windows, Mac and Linux systems
• 2-4 years of experience with Mobile Device Management(MDM) tools - Preferably Mosyle or Workspace One
• 2-4 years of experience with business applications (Google Workspace, Zoom, Slack, Okta)
• 2-4 years of experience supporting Active Directory, LAN/WAN access, A/V setups for conference rooms (preferably Neat bars)

The compensation for this role is $60,000 - $72,000 in Denver, Colorado. The salary range displayed on this job posting reflects a minimum and maximum target. Individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Please note that this range reflects the base salary target range only, and does not include bonus, equity, or benefits.
