A technology solutions provider is seeking an IT Engineer Intern/Co-op in Rochester, NY. This position offers the chance to manage helpdesk tickets, work with cloud infrastructure, and support security compliance initiatives. Ideal candidates are pursuing a B.S. in Computer Science or a related field and possess curiosity along with relevant experience in cloud platforms and on-premises infrastructure. This is a fully onsite role with flexible start dates and pays between $22.00 to $28.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a B.S. in Computer Science, MIS, or a related field.
• Curiosity and drive are prioritized over a perfect checklist.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and security frameworks is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Own helpdesk tickets end-to-end, resolving issues for employees.
• Engage with cloud infrastructure: Microsoft Azure and M365.
• Support cloud migration projects and help maintain security posture.
