Job summary

Global Connections to Employment, Inc. seeks a Professional Development Trainer (PDT) to deliver employment readiness training to abilIT program participants.

This role follows established lesson plans and utilizes an assigned curriculum to provide engaging, effective, and consistent instruction. The PDT maintains high levels of satisfaction among clients and referral partners while representing GCE with professionalism and integrity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, communications, marketing, education, or a related field.
• Minimum of two (2) years of professional experience in a related field.
• Ability to demonstrate effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Familiarity with the vocational implications of various disabling conditions.
• Skilled in curriculum development and lesson planning.

Responsibilities

• Deliver employment readiness training to abilIT program participants following established lesson plans and an assigned curriculum.
• Provide engaging, effective, and consistent instruction while maintaining high client and referral partner satisfaction.
• Represent GCE with professionalism and integrity in all interactions.
• Collaborate with program staff to ensure successful participant outcomes.
