Baptist Health in Louisville, Kentucky is seeking an IT Director for Workday ERP to lead the transformation and operations of the Workday platform across a large healthcare system.
The ideal candidate will have over 7 years of IT experience, including leadership in Workday ERP applications, and will be responsible for ensuring effective governance, service management, and user adoption of the platform.
IT Director – Workday ERP
Responsible for leading the Workday ERP Cloud transformation. Oversees strategy, delivery, and ongoing operations of the Workday platform across a large multi‑location health system. Provides leadership for application management, integration, security, reporting, release management, and vendor partnerships to ensure Workday is stable, secure, compliant, and continuously improved for Finance, HR, Supply Chain, and other functions.
Provides oversight and long‑term roadmap for staffing/time & attendance, EDI, and e‑invoicing applications. Leads Workday product and technical teams to deliver a reliable, scalable platform, establishes governance, standards, and service‑management practices, and partners with business owners to prioritize demand. Ensures effective integration with upstream/downstream systems, platform performance, data integrity, access controls, and the successful delivery of enhancements and projects.
Accounts for driving end‑user adoption and optimization of the Workday platform, enabling teams to maximize system capabilities, solve business problems, improve processes, and deliver measurable operational value.
