Job summary

Ross Stores seeks a Senior Director, IT (Transportation & WFM) to lead the vision, roadmap, delivery, and operational excellence of systems powering the end-to-end retail supply chain, focusing on transportation, production planning, and workforce management. You will manage a cross-functional team of IT managers, engineers, analysts, architects, and partners to drive measurable value.

Qualifications

15+ years IT experience with at least 10 years leading managers and medium-to-large technology delivery organizations.
Deep experience delivering strategic, large-scale retail supply chain systems, including those supporting DC operations.
Strong leadership, communication, and cross-functional partnership skills.
Ability to work with teams that are geographically distributed and across time zones.

Responsibilities

Define and develop the multi-year technology strategy for retail supply chain capabilities including transportation, production planning, and workforce management.
Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing IT team across application development, engineering, and architecture.
Oversee end-to-end delivery of supply chain initiatives with on-time, on-budget execution and high quality.
Maintain uptime, reliability, and performance of mission critical systems supporting supply chain operations.
Partner with retail supply chain leadership to translate business needs into scalable technology solutions.
