The Treasure Valley Family YMCA in Boise, ID is seeking a Director of Information Technology to lead the technology strategy, infrastructure, and security of the organization. This exempt, full-time role also serves as the security officer for the YMCA and requires strong leadership and collaboration with multiple departments.

The ideal candidate will have a 4-year degree and 10+ years in IT, including at least 5 years in leadership, with proven success in budget management and stakeholder

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or related field.
• 10+ years of IT experience with at least 5 years in technology leadership.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement technology strategy aligned with organizational goals.
