Job summary

The Center for Family Representation Inc. (CFR) in New York, NY seeks a Director of Information Technology to lead our technology strategy and secure, reliable services for 3,000+ clients annually.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, or IS or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 10 years of progressive IT experience including enterprise infrastructure.
• Minimum 5 years of management experience leading staff, budgets, projects and vendors.
• Experience in cybersecurity, cloud administration, strategic planning, and enterprise technology management.
• Strong communication, organizational, and relationship management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the technology strategy, roadmap, policies, and standards.
• Advise on technology solutions, cybersecurity, and investments.
• Direct enterprise infrastructure including identity services, virtualization, servers, storage, networking, cloud, backup, and remote access.
• Lead cybersecurity initiatives: endpoint protection, patches, MFA, monitoring, incident response, awareness.
• Oversee enterprise platforms (G Suite, Microsoft 365, Zoom Rooms, apps) and support operations.
• Manage technology lifecycle: procurement, inventory, licensing, vendor relations.
• Administer IT budgets and service delivery standards; foster customer-focused culture.
• Supervise IT staff; recruit, develop, and evaluate personnel.
