The role requires a 4-year degree, 7+ years in IT leadership, and strong skills in Microsoft 365, cybersecurity, data analytics, and vendor management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, business, or related field.
• 7+ years of IT leadership with at least 3+ years managing teams, vendors, and major initiatives.
• Experience developing and implementing enterprise technology strategies.
• Strong understanding of Microsoft 365, networking, cybersecurity, data analytics, and vendor management.
• Demonstrated budget management and project delivery skills.
• Excellent communication across all levels of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a multi-year technology strategy aligned with the organization’s mission and budget.
• Advise executive leadership on technology trends, risks, opportunities, and investments.
• Establish IT governance, standards, policies, and procedures.
• Lead digital transformation initiatives that improve efficiency, collaboration, reporting, and service delivery.
• Create annual technology plans, budgets, and performance metrics.
• Champion data-driven decision making, security awareness, and continuous improvement.
