• 8+ years of progressive IT experience with leadership responsibilities.
• Deep expertise administering and optimizing NetSuite ERP in a complex business environment.
• Strong software engineering background with experience developing applications, integrations, or enterprise software solutions.
• Experience with ERP integrations, APIs, middleware, and modern development frameworks.
• Proven ability to lead enterprise technology projects from planning through execution.
• Strong understanding of cloud technologies, networking, cybersecurity, and enterprise architecture.

Responsibilities

• Own the overall IT strategy, roadmap, and enterprise technology initiatives.
• Lead NetSuite ERP administration, optimization, and long‑term development.
• Partner with executives to identify technology-driven efficiency improvements.
• Oversee system integrations between NetSuite and other enterprise apps.
• Lead software development initiatives, including custom apps, APIs, automation, and integrations.
• Evaluate and implement new technologies for scalability, security, and performance.
• Manage IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, cloud technologies, and vendor relationships.
• Build and mentor a high‑performing IT team and foster innovation and accountability.
• Establish IT governance, documentation, and best practices across the organization.
