Job summary

Waste Eliminator and Liberty Waste Solutions in Raleigh, NC or Atlanta, GA are seeking a hands‑on Director of IT to own technology for both organizations: infrastructure, cybersecurity, business systems, and integration of acquisitions.

You will lead two IT staff and coordinate with third‑party providers, setting direction, managing budgets, and building processes for a growing, multi‑location business with regular travel in the Southeast.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of IT experience with leadership responsibility.
• Experience owning ERP/CRM applications and related processes.
• Vendor management, contracts, and budgeting exposure.
• Willingness to travel regularly within the Southeast.
• Hands-on across infrastructure, security, and operations.

Responsibilities

• Own the technology integration for acquisitions from due diligence to cutover.
• Oversee networking, servers, cloud services, endpoints, and communications.
• Establish and manage cybersecurity program, policies, and controls.
• Serve as executive owner of NetSuite, Soft-Pak, Fleetio, HubSpot, and ADP.
• Manage vendor relationships, SLAs, budgets, and project delivery.
• Lead two IT staff, mentor, and foster a service-oriented culture.
• Develop IT budget, measure ROI, and identify cost savings.
• Develop and execute IT strategy aligned with growth and acquisitions.
