Key Responsibilities

• IT Strategy & Planning – Develop and execute an IT strategy aligned with the company’s business objectives and growth plans, including global retail expansion.
• Technology Infrastructure – Oversee the maintenance and enhancement of IT systems, ensuring reliability, security, and scalability to meet business needs.
• Digital Transformation – Drive digital innovation by implementing new tools, technologies, and business systems to enhance efficiency and competitiveness.
• Vendor & Partner Management – Manage relationships with IT vendors, service providers, and consultants, negotiating contracts and ensuring high-quality service delivery.
• Cybersecurity & Data Protection – Implement and oversee security measures to protect company and client data, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
• Budget & Cost Management – Collaborate with the CFO to manage the IT budget, optimizing resource allocation and technology investments.
  
  

System Integration & Optimization – Ensure seamless integration of IT systems, including ERP solutions and customer-facing platforms, to enhance operations and user experience.

• Executive Support – Provide high-level IT support to leadership, ensuring technology enables optimal user experience and operational efficiency.
• Cross-Department Collaboration – Work closely with various departments to identify and implement IT solutions that support overall business

Key Requirements

• Proven experience as an IT Director, IT Manager, or senior IT professional, preferably in a fast-paced or luxury brand environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Strong expertise in IT infrastructure, enterprise systems, and business applications.
• Experience with cloud technologies, ERP systems, data security, and disaster recovery.
• Ability to lead IT initiatives that enhance business performance and drive growth.
• Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking skills, balancing long-term vision with day-to-day IT operations.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with C-suite executives and cross-functional teams.
• Experience managing vendor relationships and negotiating cost-effective contracts.
• Deep understanding of IT security best practices and compliance standards.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Familiarity with Oracle NetSuite and Shopify ecosystems is a plus.
• Direct experience in designing, implementing, and maintaining omnichannel platforms is highly desirable.
