Job summary

Tallahassee Memorial HealthCare (TMH) seeks an IT Desktop Support Specialist to maintain, analyze, install and resolve second-level desktop issues for our end-users. You will support hardware and software, troubleshoot with diagnostic tools, and contribute to our distributed computer system environment.

The role reports to the Director/IT Infrastructure Services and requires a valid State Drivers' License along with 2 years of related experience; a Bachelor's degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of job-related experience.
• Valid State Driver's License required with clean driving record.
• Personal vehicle may be used for work with reimbursement.

Responsibilities

• Maintains, analyzes, installs and resolves second level desktop issues for end-users.
• Contributes to the design and configuration of a distributed computer system environment.
