Job summary

Charlotte Eye Ear Nose & Throat Associates, P.A. (CEENTA) is seeking an IT Desktop Technician to deliver hands-on technical support for desktop systems and end-user technology across our clinical and administrative teams.

This role focuses on maintaining EPIC EHR access, performance, and workflow-related concerns. The ideal candidate has an associate degree in IT, at least 2 years of desktop support experience, strong Windows and Office troubleshooting skills, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

Associate degree in IT or equivalent experience.
Minimum 2 years of desktop support experience.
Strong Windows and Microsoft Office troubleshooting skills.
Experience with ticketing and remote support tools.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

Provide hands-on technical support for desktop systems and end-user technology.
Serve as first point of contact for IT support requests via phone, remote tools, and in-person assistance.
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, printer, mobile device, and connectivity issues.
Support EPIC EHR users by addressing access, performance, and workflow-related concerns.
Install, configure, and maintain desktop operating systems and standard productivity applications.
Deploy, image, and configure computers and other end-user devices.
Maintain accurate documentation of support activities and issue resolutions within the ticketing system.
Collaborate with other IT teams to escalate and resolve complex technical issues.
Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding, including device setup and account provisioning.
Ensure compliance with HIPAA requirements, security policies, and organizational IT standards.
Deliver professional, customer-focused support to clinicians, staff, and business users.
