Job summary

On-Demand Group in Minnesota seeks an experienced IT Delivery Manager for a 9–12 month contract to drive multiple tech initiatives, including ERP, IoT, and AI with external partners. This role is hands-on coordination, not people management.

You will maintain roadmaps, cadence, and status, coordinate cross‑functional teams and vendors, and produce concise exec-friendly reports. The ideal candidate has strong Jira skills and PMP/CAPM certification preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating at least one multi-team technology program from planning through go live.
• Ability to independently maintain project plans, roadmaps, backlogs, dependencies, and delivery commitments.
• Experience coordinating external technology partners against a statement of work.
• Strong written and verbal communication for executive leadership.
• Proactive approach to identifying blockers, risks, and missed commitments.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the IT roadmap as a living delivery plan with sequencing, dependencies, and milestones.
• Establish and manage the weekly delivery cadence and risk reviews.
• Support ERP release and cutover by maintaining the project plan and surfacing blockers.
• Coordinate external partners including ERP services and AI consultants.
• Track partner deliverables against statements of work and timelines.
• Establish a consistent intake process for new technology requests.
• Coordinate across IT and business stakeholders to clarify responsibilities.
• Produce concise weekly status reports for leadership.
• Maintain a monthly roadmap view for leadership discussions.
• Document decisions and drive them to completion.
• Create repeatable delivery templates for handoff at engagement end.
