Qualifications

• Proven IT Project Manager experience with both strategic execution and BAU management.
• Deep knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies and ability to switch as needed.
• Proficiency with Monday.com or similar project-management tools.
• Technical acuity to challenge assumptions without owning architectural design.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset; excellent stakeholder communication.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment; strong ownership of outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple IT projects and BAU initiatives from concept to completion, delivering on time, within budget, and in scope.
• Balance strategic priorities with hands-on execution, driving results while maintaining smooth IT operations.
• Bridge business goals and technical solutions by turning complex requirements into actionable plans.
• Provide transparent updates to stakeholders, addressing roadblocks and keeping teams aligned.
• Support change management to drive adoption with minimal disruption.
