Job summary

iA American Warranty Group seeks an IT Project Manager to drive end-to-end delivery of technology initiatives, partnering with business leaders, IT leadership, and external vendors. The role acts as a delivery leader and internal chief of staff for the CIO, balancing execution, change management, and governance.

Key duties include planning with stakeholders, coordinating across applications, data, infrastructure and vendors, removing blockers, and producing executive-status updates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information systems, business, or equivalent experience.
• 5–8+ years of IT project, program, or delivery management in a cross-functional environment.
• Experience delivering outcomes with evolving or informal PM standards.
• Experience working with senior leaders and executives.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end planning and delivery of IT initiatives with stakeholders.
• Facilitate governance appropriate to the organization’s informal PM culture.
• Coordinate delivery across application, data, infrastructure, and vendor teams.
• Track milestones, risks, and decisions; remove blockers as needed.
• Produce executive-ready status updates on progress and value delivery.
