Archibus is an enterprise platform that integrates CMMS features with geospatial information (GIS) and a relational facilities database (CAD / BIM). This system manages corrective and preventative maintenance work requests for nearly 30 million sq feet of CUNY spaces across 26 campuses.**Duties and Responsibilities:*** Archibus system administration duties such as redirecting work requests, creating & migrating user accounts* Updating Archibus space occupancy data* Developing & implementing custom reports and integrations with other systems* Frontend and backend software development duties, including but not limited to wireframing, prototyping, debugging, documenting, and upgrading existing web applications* Other duties as assigned**Qualifications and Core Competencies**Our ideal candidate has essential data entry and data analysis skills, has familiarity with spreadsheets, and has familiarity with relational databases. Ideal candidates are pursuing degrees in facilities management, architecture, or IT.
