Schedule: Saturday–Wednesday | 7:00 a.m.–3:30 p.m. (Thursday/Friday off)

Coverage: This position is part of the Data Center’s 24/7/365 operations and includes a regular weekend schedule.

Assists in ensuring the efficient operation and optimal performance of data center infrastructure.

Involves monitoring systems, assisting with hardware and software installations, and troubleshooting technical issues related to servers, storage, and networking equipment.

Maintains detailed documentation, supports backup and recovery processes, and collaborates with teams to implement infrastructure upgrades.

Ensures compliance with security standards and tracks system performance to drive continuous improvements.

Key Responsibilities
