Job summary

Mitsubishi Power Americas, Inc. is seeking an IT Data & Analytics Intern to support asset demand planning, purchasing trends, and financial tracking. You will help analyze IT asset demand, PO activity, and spending patterns while building dashboards and reports for forecasting and decision-making.

Collaborate with IT, Supply Chain, and Finance to ensure data accuracy, engage in data cleaning, and translate findings for stakeholders with varied technical backgrounds.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Information Systems, Business, Finance, or related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; formulas and pivot tables preferred.
• Understanding of data analysis and reporting concepts.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Eagerness to learn and apply analytical thinking.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with data extraction and consolidation from IT systems, procurement tools, and financial sources.
• Maintain dashboards and reports covering asset demand trends and spending.
• Validate data accuracy and support data cleanup.
• Summarize analytical findings into clear insights.
• Prepare data and analytical content for meetings and reviews.
• Collaborate with IT, Supply Chain, and Finance on data requests.
• Communicate findings to stakeholders with varying technical knowledge.
