Job summary

CTG is seeking an IT Data Analyst III to focus on Requisition-to-Pay data, validate migration accuracy, and develop reports supporting deployment readiness and business decisions. This role is 100% remote with an hourly pay rate up to $48.92 and a standard M-F schedule, with flexibility for international deployment activities.

You will profile, cleanse, and reconcile data, collaborate with ERP data teams and business leads, and build dashboards and reconciliation tools to improve data quality

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Science, Business, or a related field.
• Five or more years of relevant experience in data validation, data analysis, ERP data support, or transformation-related roles.
• Experience supporting ERP deployments, data migrations, or system implementations.
• Understanding of Requisition-to-Pay processes and related business data.
• Hands-on experience with data profiling, cleansing, reconciliation, and trend analysis.
• Experience developing dashboards, reports, validation tools, or analytical methods to support data review and decision-making.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and follow-through.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with technical teams, business stakeholders, and management.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Apply AI-enabled tools and automation, where appropriate, to support issue identification, pattern detection, and insight generation.
• Communicate findings, risks, and recommendations clearly to stakeholders and management.

CTG is seeking an IT Data Analyst III for our client. This role focuses on Requisition-to-Pay (RTP) data, validating migration accuracy, investigating data quality issues, and developing reports and dashboards that support deployment readiness and business decisions.

Location: 100% Remote

Pay Rate: Up to $48.92 per hour

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with flexibility to support international teams and deployment activities outside standard hours as needed.

Required Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA or a comparable ERP platform.
• Direct experience supporting RTP data validation, migration, or deployment readiness.
• Familiarity with enterprise data quality practices, statistical analysis, and validation methods.
• Experience using Databricks, AI, automation, or advanced analytics to improve data analysis.
• Experience supporting cross‑functional, global transformation programs.
