CTG, a Cegeka company, seeks an IT Data Analyst III to validate RTP data during ERP migrations, profile and cleanse large data sets, and build dashboards to support deployment readiness and business decisions.

You will partner with ERP data teams and stakeholders, apply AI-enabled tools where appropriate, and communicate risks and recommendations clearly. This role is remote to support international teams.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Science, Business, or a related field.
• Five or more years of relevant experience in data validation, data analysis, ERP data support, or transformation-related roles.
• Experience supporting ERP deployments, data migrations, or system implementations.
• Understanding of Requisition-to-Pay processes and related business data.
• Hands‑on experience with data profiling, cleansing, reconciliation, and trend analysis.
• Experience developing dashboards, reports, validation tools, or analytical methods to support data review and decision-making.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, attention to detail, and follow‑through.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with technical teams, business stakeholders, and management.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

CTG is seeking an IT Data Analyst III for our client. This role focuses on Requisition-to-Pay (RTP) data, validating migration accuracy, investigating data quality issues, and developing reports and dashboards that support deployment readiness and business decisions.

Location: 100% Remote

Pay Rate: Up to $48.92 per hour

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with flexibility to support international teams and deployment activities outside standard hours as needed.

What You’ll Do

• Validate RTP data for accuracy, completeness, and alignment with business requirements during ERP migration and deployment activities.
• Profile, cleanse, and reconcile large data sets to identify anomalies, gaps, inconsistencies, and migration risks.
• Partner with ERP data teams, business leads, and users to define validation requirements, prioritize issues, and communicate progress.
• Develop dashboards, exception reports, visualizations, and reconciliation tools that make data easier to review and findings easier to act on.
• Analyze trends and patterns to support deployment decisions and recommend improvements to data quality and validation processes.
• Improve data collection and validation methods to increase consistency, reliability, and efficiency.
• Apply AI-enabled tools and automation, where appropriate, to support issue identification, pattern detection, and insight generation.
• Communicate findings, risks, and recommendations clearly to stakeholders and management.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Science, Business, or a related field.
• Five or more years of relevant experience in data validation, data analysis, ERP data support, or transformation-related roles.
• Experience supporting ERP deployments, data migrations, or system implementations.
• Understanding of Requisition-to-Pay processes and related business data.
• Hands‑on experience with data profiling, cleansing, reconciliation, and trend analysis.
• Experience developing dashboards, reports, validation tools, or analytical methods to support data review and decision-making.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, attention to detail, and follow‑through.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with technical teams, business stakeholders, and management.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA or a comparable ERP platform.
• Direct experience supporting RTP data validation, migration, or deployment readiness.
• Familiarity with enterprise data quality practices, statistical analysis, and validation methods.
• Experience using Databricks, AI, automation, or advanced analytics to improve data analysis.
• Experience supporting cross‑functional, global transformation programs.
